About This Project

This single storey, split level family home is set in the quite streets of Constitution Hill.

The design accommodates the gentle slope of the land & our client’s design brief for a low maintenance, child friendly home.

The living, dining & kitchen areas flow through a 2400 high sliding door to a sunlit rear terrace. This spacious open plan living area acts as a focal point for the home.

The design is simple but works with the modest budget to deliver a comfortable new home that has exceeded our client’s expectations.
