About This Project

When we met this couple we knew immediately that is wasn’t just a job – they were as passionate about turning their house into their home as we were. This home was in urgent need of a “Renovation Rescue”. We all saw the potential which needed patience and guidance to reveal an amazing Hamptons Style family home to be enjoyed for many, many years.

They said goodbye to the existing glass roof which was leaking and we created skylights and wall to wall glass panelling leading out to their scenic backyard and pool area. The old rumpus room was fitted with high quality home theatre equipment complete with theatre seating and an enormous screen creating the ultimate theatre experience for their family and friends.

Every room from the bathrooms, bedrooms (including a customised walk-in wardroom for Miss Ellie), laundry, living & lounge rooms had been given a Hamptons makeover using panelling, Carrara marble, elegant tiles, granite and solid timber and statement lighting. Colour pallet was warm white, black and timber – to which they added their own touches and decorated to perfection. The kitchen is a chiefs dream and boasts a huge island which highlights the intricacies with the Hamptons timber craftsmanship complete with tiles and door handles.

When we started this job, we promised our clients they would be in for Christmas and they were. We were so delighted they selected us and we are so honestly so proud of the final result. A dream renovation filled with hard work but lots of memories and laughs along the way for all of us.
